This is a beautiful, sun-filled three-story home with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a spacious private patio. Our family friendly beach townhome with its wonderful views just a 15 second walk from the bay and a minute from the ocean! Located in the heart of Mission Beach, it is within easy walking distance to great local restaurants, shops as well as to the Mission Bay Aquatic Center. The first level features two bedrooms. One has a queen size bed, tile flooring and French doors that open to the patio. The other one has a double & a twin bed and wood flooring. This area also features a bathroom and a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, sink and plenty of cabinets. The second floor offers a beautiful light and comfortable living and dining area, a balcony as well as bathroom and a remodeled fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. The kitchen comes complete with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans, all utensils and everything you will need for your family meals!
