Rubina Codrington's three upstairs apartments. They are located in a medium sized stand alone building. The bottom floor is a four bedroom apartment while the top apartment consists of three one bedroom apartments. The building is located a stone throw away from the Annex, so this location is ideal for first semester students (look at my other videos). The building is new, the appliances are new. There's the standard complement of appliances (coffee maker, AC, TV) as well as various dishes, pots and pans. The apartments are clean. Rubina is nice. She's helpful and responsive.
