Part of the Procter & Gamble, Folgers Coffee is one of the largest coffee brand in America today. Founded in the 19th century in San Francisco, California by JA Folger, it took the United States (the largest coffee market in the world) in turmoil. In 1963, Procter & Gamble acquired the company.

There are eight species (family so called) fans in America today: coffee, coffee bags, instant coffee, flavored gourmet selections> Coffee (Hazelnut, French vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon and silk), soft Just Coffee House Series and the classic roast. In Canada, Folgers classic roast is limited to roasting and mountains.

Perhaps the most memorable brand, advertising has worked. The famous slogan "the best part of waking up is Folgers in your cup!" The public response and increase sales.
