SIMPLE POTS dark chocolate sauce with white chocolate pudding 4 people can easily be done well before. Fruit is also useful before the top with sauce. Preparation time: - 15 minutes. Cooking time - 30 minutes. 1 pint heavy cream 1 teaspoon of coffee beans pinch of salt 80g Aldi Moser dark chocolate, chopped (70%) 4 egg yolks 120 g caster sugar average for the sauce: 100 g cream cheese 100 ml white chocolate chocolate Preheat oven to 325F, Gas 3.Bring cream, coffee and salt to a boil, add the chopped chocolate, remove from heat and stir until dissolved. Egg yolks and sugar just joined. Pour the chocolate milk and mix well. Pour the mixture into 4 or 6 (depending on the size) small pots of porcelain ramekins are perfect, but enough. The egg can be used if you have children or who need a few puds. Place the containers carefully placed on a baking pan and fill halfway with boiling water, cover with foil and placeBake for about 30 minutes, or until just set and wobbly. No cooking. Once cooked, leave the tray and let cool, then refrigerate well. To serve, melt the white chocolate in a pan of gently boiling water, then add the cream, stir until smooth and silky.
